New: SOAR News Alerts - please read !SOAR Customers, In an effort to increase communications with you, we are introducing a new SOAR News Alert feature. Our announcement emails only goes to the two primary contacts listed on your SOAR website at Admin/Control Panel/Contacts. We realize these emails sometimes end up in your SPAM folder, due to time do not get read, contact information is not current, or do they not reach all the administrators of your SOAR website. This new feature will make sure all administrators of your SOAR website are aware of important information about upcoming releases, new features, and any service outages. The administrators of your SOAR website will now see the last 15 days of news/announcements from SOAR at the top of your home page after they login - one line for each announcemenet. Administrators includes the "admin" username and any Individual Accounts that have the "Administration" permission set. NONE of your other members will see these messages. Click on the Title of the alert to read the full announcement from SOAR. All news/announcements are always available at Admin/Control Panel/News on your SOAR website. You can remove individual alerts from displaying by clicking the delete (X) icon to the left of the alert. The alert removal will only be for the account you are logged in with.
